- Consultation-Advise customers to ensure their pets are receiving the best possible care. Be an advocate for responsible pet ownership and share your expertise with the wider team so they can provide support in your absence and uphold the same standards.
- Pet Care- Ensure our fish friends are happy and healthy by providing proper feeding, care, and housing tailored to their specific needs. Keep their tanks and aquatic systems clean, following all applicable guidelines, regulations and hygiene management.
- Delivery management- Welcome new fish arrivals with care, ensuring health checks, proper accommodations, and documentation in line with legal and company standards.
